We are seeking highly motivated professionals to join our team. This unique and highly competitive opportunity offered by PsychMed is for individuals with a Master of Professional Psychology degree in addition to a 3-year undergraduate degree with honours in psychology. This is a paid internship to allow the individual to apply for general registration upon completion. The Provisional Psychologist Intern has the opportunity to be involved in providing individual and group therapy, conducting assessments, and writing reports and letters. This is a full-time position to ensure all internship requirements are met. The position will be located within or across PsychMed’s South Australian offices and will also involve the opportunity to provide
services to rural South Australia. The position will directly report to the Business Manager, Clinical Lead, and Clinical Supervisor.

Essential criteria for the role include:

● Tertiary qualifications: Master of Professional Psychology in addition to a 3-year undergraduate degree with honours (Psychology) with a second class minimum
● The ability to work in a team environment and individually
● DCSI Working with Children or equivalent
● Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
